Tree Removals – Units 106-135
Units 106-135
A recent tropical storm caused some Crest tree damage. Large fallen & uprooted
trees/branches were seen on Kaahumanu St cars and atop the Lodge roof. The
frequency of more storms are forecast due to the Super El Nino extended until Jan
2027.
Therefore, for SAFETY precautions, the trimming of Jacarandas & 1 Plumeria tree will
be changed to REMOVALS. This is a preventable danger to people and property hazards.
OWNERS NEED TO MOVE CARS AWAY FROM DRIVEWAYS and TREE PROXIMITY to allow
sufficient room for the tree contractors.
OWNERS, TENANTS, and any pets and people NEED TO AVOID THE AREA
SURROUNDING ACTIVE TREE REMOVALS TO AVOID RISKS.
Contract work is planned for the weekends starting Aug 29/30 and will continue into
September until the tree removals are finished.
Your cooperation is much appreciated. This notice is posted on our CrestatWailuna.com
website and a flier placed at affected lots.
