Tree Trimming Notice for Month of August

The Annual tree Trimming will be done during weekends in August. Trimming will include Satin Leaf trees along Units #1-50 and Jacaranda trees along units #117-134 will be cut back. Please avoid the vicinity that the contractor will be working. Please move all vehicles, especially those parked in driveways, far away from tree cutting activities to avoid flying sawdust due to strong winds and falling debris. Be advised, take appropriate action to avoid any preventable risk of property damage or injuries due to the proximity of tree trimming activities.

Iron Fence Assessment on 8/14/23

Aloha Lots 106 through 135:


This notice is being sent to you on behalf of your Crest at Wailuna Board of
Directors regarding an upcoming inspection by Wiss, Janney, Elstner Associates,
Inc. This is the consulting firm contracted by the Board to assist in the iron fence
replacement project. They will be in company logo attire, or they will have proper
identification (company business cards, name tag, etc.) with them on this
inspection.


Kimm Miyahara and her team will be on site next week Monday, August 14, 2023,
starting at 9am to Noon. They will be conducting their inspection at the rear
section of your home’s lot and may need access through your front yards, if access
is not possible from the rear. Please feel free to question anyone you see roaming
about the property, for security purposes.

Notice: July 5th Road Concrete Work

Dear Crest at Wailuna Lot Owners at 1871 A, 1871B, 1891D, 1961C, 1971D,
1971H & 1910V:


DC Aspahalt will be back on property on Wednesday, July 5, 2023 from 8am to
5pm, weather permitting, to complete concrete curbing repairs at your
driveway. This is for seven (7) of the worst cases as noted by the contractor.
WHAT YOU NEED TO DO: Please keep the driveway CLEAR of any vehicles or
personal items around the driveway’s curbing edge area on this date and time,
and avoid the area for 2-3 days to allow for proper curing of the cement. Please
plan ahead & do not schedule any non-emergency contractor work during these
dates.

2023 Seal Coating Project – RED SECTION/Phase 2 – Re-Scheduled to: June 6-8, 2023

“2023 Seal Coating Project – RED SECTION/Phase 2 – Re-Scheduled to: June 6-8, 2023”. See attached notice, which was also mailed to all owners impacted by this area of work. Trash pick up on Tuesday will be conducted prior to the sealcoating work on the 6th. No disruption to trash is anticipated. Please note, these dates are all weather-permitting. Phase 2 sealcoating postponed due to weather

Aloha Phase 2 (Red Section) Residents (Lost 106-130 and 27 to 50):

Due to weather, this week’s sealcoating work is CANCELLED. Once a new set of dates is known, management will mail notice to all owners of record, and another update will be posted to this website.

Phase 3 (Green Section) is STILL ON SCHEDULE, weather-permitting, as of the date of this website announcement (4/27/23).

They assist with nuisance noise reports, monitor unauthorized parking, provide a security deterrent, monitor WRA facilities and watch for unsafe or suspicious activities after hours on weekends and holidays.
