Aloha Owners and Residents,
We would like to make you aware of a situation reported within the
Heights at Wailuna community that may extend to Crest at Wailuna.

An unidentified individual has been observed walking around the
neighborhood and approaching properties. A recent image captured at a
unit entryway shows the individual on a front lanai area, reaching
toward the door area. The individual is wearing a bright safety-style
vest over light-colored clothing.

Security and the Master Association have been notified and are actively
monitoring the situation. They have been advised that if this individual
is seen on property, he is to be asked to leave.

We have also been informed that a police report has been filed:

What you can do:

• Remain aware of your surroundings and report any suspicious activity.
• Do not engage directly if you feel uncomfortable or unsafe.
• Call 9-1-1 and report it
• Contact Security immediately if you see the individual on property.

This notice is being shared out of an abundance of caution to help keep
